Each wig comes with a transparent lace, in a natural color and is 180% density. The Body Wave texture has a slight wave pattern. It is not intended to be curly, but is to provide a litte more body than straight hair. It's easy to curl or straighten.

We understand receiving your product as described is important. In the case where there are circumstantial situations or dissatisfaction, we will partner with you based on your case. Please do understand that since the COVID 19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returned wigs once it’s been received. However, if you are dissatisfied, you can receive a full credit towards another wig. There will be no refunds.
If there is no customization to your wig and it is ready to ship, it typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Customization usually takes 5-7 business days to then be shipped to you.
